TyRoad is a free service which helps learner drivers and driving instructors connect, book lessons and record tuition progress.
We currently cater to the Greater London region only, with more towns and cities to follow.
TyRoad has some of the following features.
For Learners:
- View instructor profiles
- Book lessons and driving tests
- Call or message instructors in app
- Push notifications
- Set a pick up point using GPS maps
- Track your instructor in maps
- Sync booked lessons to phone calendar
- Track tuition progress in accordance with Driving and Vehicles Standards Agency (DSVA) guidelines
- Like and review driving instructors
- Pay for lessons in app via PayPal
- Option to add your Facebook and Twitter profiles
- Share referral codes and get free tuition credit (coming soon).
For Instructors:
- No fees or setup charges
- Acceptance of ADI and PDI instructors
- Create instructor profile to include info such as areas covered and cancellation policies
- Create lessons and set your own prices
- Sync booked lessons to phone calendar

- Accept cash and card bookings
- Grade and track tuition progress
- Satellite navigation to a pick-up point
- In app sharing, to attract keen learners
